Troy police make two arrests; recover three guns

TROY, N.Y. â City police confirmed around shortly after midnight Tuesday a search warrant was executed at 13 116th Street 1fl. Troy. The search warrant yielded two arrests, Francisco R. Rivera, 23, of Troy, and Justin T. Rodriguez, 20, of Troy.
Both were charged with one count of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, after officers said they recovered three handguns at the scene.
The Troy Police Department SOS (Narcotics and Illegal Guns Division) with the aid of the Detective Bureau and members of the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms served the warrant after an investigation provided information leading them to the residence. ....
