Whistle-blower doctor says Reliance offered settlement money, even as SEBI, MCA stonewalled his complaints

In 1998, the Reliance Group set up one of it’s first hospital’s, the Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, on the Mumbai-Pune highway, in Maharashtra’s Raigad district. Since 2014, the hospital has been funded by the Reliance Foundation, via Reliance Hospital Management Services Private Limited.

Turnout for Covaxin lowest in Mum, JJ Hospital officials blame data mix-up | Mumbai News

MUMBAI: Six centres administering the Bharat Biotech vaccine Covaxin in Maharashtra saw a drastic drop in turnout on Tuesday. Merely 181 healthcare workers took the vaccine on Tuesday as opposed to 383 on Saturday. It was a 54% decline in beneficiaries wanting to take a vaccine given in a clinical trial mode.
Of the six centres, Byculla’s JJ Hospital, which was also one of the trial sites for Covaxin, saw the lowest turnout with barely 13 showing up. Three times that number took the vaccine on Day 1. Government Medical College in Aurangabad saw the second lowest turnout with 14 coming forward on Tuesday compared to 74 on the first day. ....
