The Utility Stores Corporation was established in 1971 to provide items of daily use to people at affordable prices. We are yet to see whether these stores, which are established all over the country, have been successful in achieving the desired goal. Up until a few years ago, utility stores were quite popular among people as they used to offer essential items at lower prices. PESHAWAR: Managing Director of the Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) KP Syed Sajjad Ali Shah has said that the future of the country depends on renewable energy, which can also generate employment opportunities, especially for the youth.
“Renewable Energy is playing a key role in creating a trained workforce to meet the needs of the market,” he said while addressing a training workshop for young artisans on renewable energy and new products organized by Fronus.
