In a video chat with Hollywood star Joaquin Phoenix, Ahmed has revealed that the first time the Joker star said something nice about his acting he thought that he was being mocked by the American actor.

Pop icon Dua Lipa clapped back at an advertisement in New York Times attacking her and supermodels Gigi and Bella Hadid for their support of Palestine and accusing them of anti-Semitism.
World Values Network s full-page advertisement in New York Times called Lipa and the Hadid sisters as “mega influencers vilifying the Jewish state and accusing Israel of ethnic cleansing.”
The ad read: “Meet the new Hamas influencer brigades.”
In a response, Lipa took to Twitter and hit back, saying: The World Values Network are shamelessly using my name to advance their ugly campaign with falsehoods. I stand in solidarity with all oppressed people and reject all forms of racism. ....

KOLAR, India: A 30-year-old man has been arrested in India for marrying two sisters, including a minor, and remanded in judicial custody, police said on Monday.
Umapathi from a village in Mulabagilu in Kolar district of Karnataka married his sister s daughters, one aged 19 and the other 16, international media reported.
Umapathi s sister agreed to the marriage because her second daughter had speech-related problems, a police officer said. ....

Two minor sisters and six youngsters were among 12 people who lost their lives in various road tragedies during the three days of Eidul Fitr in Karachi. Two people also died of electrocution during the holidays.
The minor sisters were killed and their mother injured in a traffic accident on Airport Link Road within the limits of the Airport police station on the first day of Eid.
The minors were identified as four-year-old Khadija, daughter of Babar, and six-year-old Hiba, and their mother as Barka, 35. Police said that two young women, who were also sisters, were also injured in the accident. They were identified as Fahimda, 22, daughter of Ahsan, and her younger sister Faiza, 20. The casualties were taken to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC). ....
