Errors doom Juniors in loss to Kearney

Kearney scored 11 runs in the third inning on their way to a 15-7 victory over the North Platte FNBO Juniors on Tuesday at Bill Wood Field.
North Platte (2-3) got ahead in the first inning. They scored the first run when Cooper Hill singled to left field. Ty Robinson then walked on four straight pitches from Ryan Knipping with the bases loaded. Then Tyler Townsend hit an infield single to score another run before Isaac Irish made it 4-0 with a sacrifice fly ball to right.
In the second inning, Kearney got back in it with two-out singles by Beau Knapp and Carson Murphy, making it 4-2.
