A grant and donations allowed work to take place to properly restore about a 50-foot section of the bricks in the east wall at the Gen. Lew Wallace Study & Museum. The Crawfordsville | Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Duke Energy, is pleased to announce a new award honoring county teachers. The Chamber of Commerce Emerald Educator award will be presented annually to one teacher, administrator, or other individual who exemplifies the award criteria in each of the three Montgomery County school corporations.
In the inaugural year, The Chamber will celebrate all Montgomery County educators during Teacher Appreciation Week, May 3-7, 2021.
