The US Lacrosse Players of the Week recognize the most outstanding individual performances in high school girls’ lacrosse in each of the five regions Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, South, Midwest and West outlined in our high school coverage.
Players of the Week from the Northeast will be announced once play begins in the region.

The junior midfielder tallied seven goals, eight assists, 10 draw controls, seven ground balls and six caused turnovers in the first three games of her season last week. Leifer also scored the overtime winner in an 11-10 victory over crosstown rival Trumbull High on Saturday.

KERRVILLE, Texas – After weeks of reaching out to state legislators and health organizations, Kerr County officials say the area is finally slated to receive more doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
