1 man arrested, another hospitalized after domestic argument escalates into violence, Comal Co. authorities say

A 27-year-old man faces charges of aggravated assault after the Friday morning shooting. Credit: KENS Published: 6:13 PM CDT July 9, 2021 Updated: 6:14 PM CDT July 9, 2021 A Canyon Lake man is battling gunshot injuries and another 27-year-old man has been arrested following some kind of domestic dispute that turned violent on Friday, local authorities said.  Deputies with the Comal County Sheriff s Office arrived at a home off Real Lane around 6:30 a.m., where they believe the two men and a woman were arguing before gunfire broke out. Brandon Cramer was placed into custody on charges of aggravated assault/family violence after being questioned by detectives.

Sheriff s Office Author: KENS 5 Updated: 11:47 AM CST January 27, 2021 SAN ANTONIO The Comal County Sheriff s Office announced Wednesday that a deputy had died in what the office referred to as a sudden passing. CCSO said Detective Christopher Parra joined the sheriff s office in July of 2015 after serving in the U.S. Marines. Parra was honorably discharged in 2014 as a Sergeant.  CCSO said they will remember the Combat Marine Veteran always, and to keep his family, friends, and co-workers in your thoughts and prayers.
