According to a statement released Wednesday by Comanche County Sheriff Chris Pounds, an arrest has been made in a homicide investigation in Comanche County.
Dorothy Seidel (McCann), 23, was arrested for the murder of Larry John Hall, 37, both of Proctor. According to the news release, in the early morning hours of December 2, 2020, Seidel and Hall were at their residence on Apple Street in the Foley’s Addition near Lake Proctor. During the course of a domestic incident, Hall was shot and died prior to Sheriff’s Office and medical personnel’s arrival.
On December 16, Seidel was arrested without incident and is in custody at the Comanche County Jail with a recommended bond of $500,000. ....
