KSP press release Jan 22, 2021 KEAVY â The Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested Kody Wayne Mullins, 19, on charges related to child sexual abuse material. Mullins was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect directing a juvenile to send him sexually explicit images of her online. The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Keavy on Thursday. According to a press release from the Kentucky State Police, “The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Keavy on January 21, 2021.
