DEA agent who shot Cleveland man during undercover investigation is identified Updated 11:31 AM; CLEVELAND, Ohio A police report revealed the name of a DEA agent who shot a 20-year-old Cleveland man April 14 during an undercover investigation in the city’s Hough neighborhood. A Cleveland police report released Wednesday lists Ryan Schumacher as the victim in the incident in which authorities charged Trayvon Johnson with carrying a concealed weapon and menacing by stalking. The report lists Schumacher’s address as an East 9th Street office building that houses the DEA’s Cleveland office. The report, filed by an officer who responded to the scene after the shooting, does not include any details about the shooting itself. ....
