DUNAMIS Senior Pastor, Paul Enenche
The Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Center, Pastor Paul Enenche has commended Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello on his response that contained the panic during the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in the state.
Pastor Enenche gave the commendation at the ongoing 3-day crusade at the Lokoja Confluence Station.
“I want to congratulate Kogi State governor for how you dealt with coronavirus. You just mesmerized, yeyerized and smallified the thing,” he said.
He alluded that the Governor’s approach not to “glorify” the pandemic went a long way to relieve the citizens of the panic identified with the news of the spread of the virus during the early days of the virus.
Akobundu said that the exercise would be smooth as the committee was committed to its mandate.
He maintained that most parties, including PDP, had in the past lost elections for doing shady jobs in the screening of aspirants.
Akobundu said though the aspirants were 16, the committee would determine those that met the criteria for the election.
Some of the aspirants that obtained the party’s nomination and expression of interest forms include, Uche Ekwunife, Obiora Okonkwo, Chris Azugbogu, Winston Udeh, Valentine Ozigbo, Godwin Ezeemo, and Emeka Etiaba
Others include Ifedi Okwena, Ugochkwu Uba, Tony Nwoye, Chidi Onyemerukwe, Godwin Maduka and Ekwochi Genevieve.
