DENVER â Anything can be a canvas. That s what acute lymphoblastic leukemia patient Scotty Magoun teaches with his bi-weekly checkups at The Colorado Blood Cancer Institute at Presbyterian/St. Luke s Medical Center in Denver.

LONGMONT, Colo. â Music has brought a Longmont family closer than ever, even as one person continues his fight against cancer â alone â in the hospital during the pandemic.
George Florentine and his wife Susan Bockhoff, who live in Longmont, said after a long, stressful summer and fall, they re looking forward to Christmas.
Florentine, 62, spent part of August and much of September in the hospital, recuperating from a staph infection, and his third bone marrow transplant. ....

DENVER (CBS4) – While some people have a number of complaints about 2020, one Denver man is counting his blessings. Dave Fromson has fought cancer twice, yet he calls himself the luckiest man in the world.
“I am ending the year in so much a better place than where I started it,” Fromson told CBS4 Health Specialist Kathy Walsh.
