Springtime weather in Louisville can run the gamut, and this week is no exception.
There could be a trace of snow followed by plunging temperatures later this week, according to the National Weather Service.
The metro area could see the trace of snow overnight Tuesday, as a cold front follows temperatures nearing 70, said meteorologist Kyle Wilkins. As this cold starts advancing towards us, things are gonna start off as rain, and then with that cool air behind, we re going to have a transition over to snow, he said.
Precipitation will start after sunset. The snow will likely not accumulate or cause any negative impacts, so no need to worry about gardens being damaged.

Arguably the most successful bowler in Capital Region history, smooth-rolling Brian LeClair is embarking on the longest road trip of his career in pursuit of more victories and, hopefully, another major honor.
LeClair, a 56-year-old Delmar resident with an extraordinary resume of both amateur and pro accolades, runs two Revolutions Pro Shops in this area one at Del Lanes during the day and one in the evenings at Boulevard Bowl. That’s his regular job, and he does it quite well with help from his two sons, Connor and Taylor.
