A NEW ADDITION FOR A JEWEL ALONG THE MIDCOAST AND IT S JUST WHAT YOU WANT ON A WARM DAY - EASY ACCESS TO THE BEACH AT POPHAM BEACH STATE PARK - THE MAINE BUREAU OF PARKS AND LANDS HAS INSTALLED 500 FEET WORTH OF BOARDWALK. THAT SHOULD HELP ALL VISITORS GET TO THE BEACH. OFFICIALS SAY IT SHOULD HELP GUESTS IN WHEELCHAIRS, FAMILIES VISITING WITH SMALLER CHILDREN OR THOSE WITH BULKY COOLERS. THE PROJECT COMING TOGETHER AFTER HEARING FROM PARK VISITORS. RECOGNIZING THAT MAINE STATE PARKS ARE FOR EVERYONE AND WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT ITS EASY ACCESS FOR EVERYONE TO GET TO THESE AREAS ....

In honor of Black History Month, an African-Canadian artist created a way to reflect back to young people the heroes of yesterday and inspire them to greatness tomorrow.
The small business owner in Mississauga, Ontario, calls himself a ‘cardboard artist’ and his new limited edition design features a mirror in the center, surrounded by the faces of 14 legendary Black heroes of history.
