It is learned that the state government will establish the body in the state, district and panchayat levels. The authority will have the right to carry out inspections anywhere without serving notice as part of assuring public health. The public health authority will be established on the basis of the Kerala Public Health Ordinance issued by the state governor. The health department director will be the state public authority and DMO will be named as the district public health authority. ....
