For the sixth year in a row, Hispanic homeowners make up the largest growth in new homeowners but there are barriers to overcome to achieve the dream.

SAN DIEGO Hispanics make up the fastest growth in new homeownership nationwide and in San Diego. The Urban Institute projects Hispanics will be the fastest-growing ethnic group over the next 20 years.
Despite that growth, The Urban Institute says Hispanics will face barriers such as inequitable access to credit, down payments and opportunities to build wealth.

Experts say a child with autism may wander off to either get away from something or to get to something.But not every case of autism is the same. That s why parents say that knowing how to prevent situations of wandering can be really difficult. Zangrillo directs the severe behavior program at the UNMC Munroe-Meyer Institute.Cathy Martinez said her 17-year-old son Jake is on the autism spectrum, and that he s wandered away from home quite a few times. I didn t know if I should notify the police right away or if I should go on the street and start looking for him, Martinez said.Zangrillo said there are different reasons why a child may wander.
