Hearing into damages suit against PM adjourned Peshawar June 10, 2021 PESHAWAR: A local court on Wednesday adjourned hearing in the damages suit against Prime Minister Imran Khan till June 23. The lawyer for the prime minister submitted a reply in the court in the suit filed by former MPA Fauzia Bibi. He said no member of the inquiry committee had been mentioned in the suit that had taken the decision against some MPAs. He asked the court to dismiss the suit. Fauzia Bibi was a Pakistan Tehreek-e Insaf MPA from Chitral in the previous KP government. She had filed the damages suit against Prime Minister Imran Khan who as the PTI chairman had accused her of selling her vote for Rs40 million in the previous Senate election. ....
