April 22, 2021 George S. Kuhlman, 81, of Seaford passed away peacefully in his sleep Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at his home. He was born Sept. 29, 1939, in Seaford, son of the late Henry and Helen Kuhlman. Mr. Kuhlman was an electrician by trade, contributing many dedicated years to the DuPont Company. He was a proud member of the Army National Guard, serving for seven years. His National Guard unit was called in to help evacuate those trapped during the infamous 1962 nor easter. Mr. Kuhlman loved the outdoors, enjoying everything nature had to offer, particularly hunting, fishing and cruising the seas. He knew no stranger, striking up conversations with anyone with whom he crossed paths. ....

Indian River had pulled ahead 6-5 in the sixth, but couldn’t hold down the Vikings in the seventh when Marissa Frederick went yard, driving in the winning runs. ....
