UTICA, N.Y. – On Point for College held an in-person celebration in Hanna Park Friday, in honor of this year’s graduates.
More than 120 students from Oneida, Herkimer and Madison counties earned their degrees through the program this year, and many of them were the first in their family to do so.
While it’s been a difficult year for many, Director Kevin Marken says the students persevered to reach their goals. ....
