Australian investment consultancy Jarden Australia Pty and Japan’s Nomura Holdings Inc. have formed a strategic alliance to bolster client services in Australia and New Zealand. According to the companies, the move will enable greater global reach, product expertise and capital commitment for their clients. Through the alliance, “Jarden and Nomura seek to capitalise on changing competitor dynamics in Australia and New Zealand, and the chance to offer a differentiated service”, they say in a joint statement on May 10.
