According to court documents, Loren Kim Jacobson, 66, of Pocatello, Idaho, and owner of a tanker testing and repair company, KCCS Inc., lied to OSHA during an investigation and made an illegal repair to a cargo tanker in violation of the Hazardous Materials Transportation Act. Gervais, 44, of Roseville, pleaded guilty Monday to theft of government money in a scheme involving 97 fraudulent Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) claims in the names of persons other than her own, Acting U.S. Attorney Phillip A.
