The number of Guam residents eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine will remain mostly unchanged, at least for another week. The government’s vaccine advisory committee is considering further expanding vaccine eligibility to utilities workers and people who deal with the public, but postponed discussion on the matter until its meeting next week, according to the governor’s office. “Several other groups are being considered for eligibility, such as groups who come in heavy contact with the community and utilities personnel who are critical to sustaining running power and water,” according to the governor’s office. “Discussions also included a pilot program and the possibility of pairing COVID-19 testing and vaccination efforts for targeted communities.” ....
