The Nightly: June 30th, 2021 By Metal Matt on Jun 30, 2021, 10:58pm EDT 149 Hello Nightly!!! Today was pretty good, played around with my Tube Screamer pedal some more, and worked. Work was good, it was steady. As far as the Nightly retrospective goes, I have officially made my decision. I will be doing a Monday Night Wars retrospective. I’ll be covering all the Nitros and Raws during the Monday Night Wars, from the first Nitro episode in September 1995 to the Final Nitro and go home Raw show for Wrestlemania X-Seven in 2001. It should be pretty interesting, not only will I be looking at Attitude Era Raw, but I’ll also be returning to 2000 WCW, which I’m sure will be very exciting and entertaining. It should be a fun retrospective, and I am looking forward to watching all these Raws and Nitros, it should be pretty cool. I’ve seen some Raws from the Attitude Era, as well as some WCW 2000 Nitros, but for the most part, most of these shows will ....

The Nightly: June 29th, 2021 By Metal Matt on Jun 29, 2021, 10:56pm EDT 97 Hello Nightly!!! Today was pretty cool, my Tube Screamer pedal came in today, and combining it with my Boss distortion amp really makes it kick. Definitely looking forward to playing around with the pedal and seeing what I can do with it and combing it with the other pedals I have. Also worked today, and it was good. My John Waters pop arrived today, and I really like it. Waters holding a pink flamingo is a nice touch. As far as NXT goes, it was pretty solid. Opener was fine, but I wish they would stop having Kota take pins, I really don’t understand it. And Swerve winning the North American title was a bit surprising, as it seemed to happen out of nowhere, but if Bronson Reed is getting called up, it makes sense. While I’m not really a fan of the whole Hit Row gimmick, I love Swerve, and I think he has all the potential in the world to be a main event level heel not only ....
