Primary school children can now do their online school work during lockdown thanks to a special delivery of tablets from caring staff at a Cumnor Hill care home.
Home Manager Theresa Whitford came up with the idea for staff to donate any tablets to help the children complete the online daily schooling and the staff handed over four devices.
Children at West Oxford Primary School on Ferry Hinksey Road are grateful for the tech and have said a big thank you to staff at the care home.
Headteacher Emma Goodes said: “We were delighted to receive devices for our vulnerable children from Chawley Grove Care Home. The children at West Oxford Primary School will really benefit from the use of these for their online learning. ....
