City Replaces Light Bulbs on Loop 463 Street Lamps Crews Change Light Bulbs along Loop 463 Heads up as you travel around Victoria this afternoon as crews are working on Loop 463 near Main Street. You ll probably see crewmen up in the bucket working on the street lights. According to a press release from the City of Victoria, crews have been hard at work over the past week replacing the bulbs in the street lamps along the loop. Over 150 bulbs were replaced just last week near Business 59 and Main Street. The city invites residents to find out more about this project by visiting Victoriatx.gov/communications. ....
