The Public Health England figures show the number of patients needing critical care has remained stable in London since the end of November
The number of Covid-19 patients on ventilators in London hospitals is only a quarter of the number seen during the peak of the first wave of the pandemic, new data has revealed.
On average, 254 mechanical ventilator beds have been occupied in the week up to December 14, less than 25 per cent of the peak of 1,033 in mid-April, as London enters the Government s strictest lockdown tier from Wednesday. ....
