Police have arrested the chief intelligence officer of Carmen Municipal Police Station in Cebu when he allegedly demanded money in exchange for the release of a motorcycle earlier seized in a local operation.
Police Master Executive Master Sergeant Julius Obañana was arrested after receiving the marked money during an entrapment in Carmen, Cebu on Friday, March 12. Obañana, the chief intelligence officer of Carmen police, allegedly demanded P3,000 from a female resident in exchange for the release of the motorcycle which was seized in an anti-drugs operation. Nabbed was Police Executive Master Sgt. Julius Obañana, assigned as the chief police intelligence officer of Carmen town. He was arrested at around 1:30 p.m. on Friday, March 12. ....
