BEDFORD, Texas, March 16, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) Legacy Housing Corporation (NASDAQ: LEGH) today announced its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2020.
Financial Highlights:
Net revenue for the fourth quarter of 2020 was $48.7 million. This was a 12.5% or $5.4 million increase from the fourth quarter of 2019.
Interest revenue from our consumer and mobile home park portfolios for the fourth quarter of 2020 was $6.4 million. This was a 10.0% or $0.6 million increase from the fourth quarter of 2019.
Selling, general and administrative expense in the fourth quarter of 2020 was $4.9 million. This was a decrease of 20.9% or $1.6 million from the $6.6 million recorded in the fourth quar ....

Master-planned community developer Howard Hughes Corp. reported a net income loss of $26.2M in 2020, a departure from the net income gain of $74M in 2019, according to the firm’s Q4 2020 earnings report.
Howard Hughes Corp. posted a loss of $6.6M in the fourth quarter, compared with a loss of $1.1M during the same quarter in 2019.
Like many other companies in the commercial real estate sector, the coronavirus pandemic took a significant toll on the performance of Howard Hughes’ portfolio. For its operating assets, the developer reported a loss of $24.3M in 2020, down 11% from 2019. ....

Asia Aviation (AAV), the major shareholder of Thai
AirAsia, has reported a Q4 2020 revenue of Baht 4,158.6 million
and a net loss of Baht 1,114.4 million (1.1 billion Thai Baht
equals approximately US$36.5 million).
The loss was partially caused by the impairment on
right-of-use assets equating to Baht 1,416 million. Thai AirAsia
was EBITDA positive in the quarter, excluding the fuel hedging
loss of Baht 799 million.
Domestic flight services performed exceptionally
well in Q4 2020 with Thai AirAsia operating 107 percent of the
number of seats it did in the corresponding period in 2019, prior ....

IATA has announced that it expects the airline
industry to remain cash negative throughout 2021.
Previous
analysis (November 2020) indicated that airlines would turn cash
positive in the fourth quarter of 2021. At the industry level,
airlines are now not expected to be cash positive until 2022.
Estimates for cash burn in 2021 have ballooned to
the $75 billion to $95 billion range from a previously anticipated
$48 billion. The following factors play into this estimate:
