(the Company ) (NASDAQ:PFHD), the parent company of Professional Bank (the Bank ), today reported net income of $6.3 million, or $0.47 per share, for the second quarter of 2021 compared to net income of $4.8 million, or $0.36 per share, for the first quarter of 2021, and net income of $3.1 million, or $0.22, for the second quarter of 2020. The Company had a strong quarter of asset and net income growth. said Daniel R. Sheehan, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Quarterly Net Income of $4.8 Million as Assets Top $2.2 Billion

(the Company ) (NASDAQ:PFHD), the parent company of Professional Bank (the Bank ), today reported net income of $4.8 million, or $0.34 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2021 compared to net income of $5.5 million, or $0.38 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2020, and a net loss of $1.3 million, or ($0.14) per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2020, respectively.
