Friends of Acton Libraries to host kids’ book sale COURTESY OF FRIENDS OF THE ACTON LIBRARIES The Friends of the Acton Libraries will hold a “novel” kids’ book sale outdoors 10 a.m.-2 p.m. June 12, opposite the West Acton Citizens Library, 21 Windsor Ave. In case of inclement weather, the sale will be moved to June 13. For $10, shoppers will be given a classic brown grocery bag to fill with books for kids, teens and young adults. Attendees are still required to wear masks and observe social distancing. Books will be in a strictly spaced arrangement to limit foot traffic and for easy viewing and reduced handling. ....
