New Delhi, Mar 07: Gujarat Congress working president Hardik Patel on Sunday slammed the functioning of the state unit after the party s humiliating defeat in the local body elections, claiming that no work was given to him in the polls and his opinion was also not sought for ticket distribution.

Gandhinagar, March 3 (IANS) The Gujarat Congress chief Amit Chavda and the Leader of Opposition Party (LoP) Paresh Dhanani tendered resignations from their posts on Tuesday, following the party s debacle in the local body elections in Gujarat. The Congress leadership accepted their resignations. However, both will continue till the party finds their replacement.
