MARIETTA A portion of the sales from the homemade purple-frosted sugar cookies at Jeremiah’s Coffee House 175 Front St. will benefit the Alzheimer’s Association and the Mid-Ohio Valley Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
The 2021 Mid-Ohio Valley Walk to End Alzheimer’s is Sept. 18 at Tomlinson Park in Williamstown.
The Walk raises awareness and money to provide research, resources and services for the millions of people nationwide living with Alzheimer’s Disease and the millions more who care for them. In Ohio, 225,000 people live with the disease, in West Virginia, it’s nearly 40,000.
