J.T. Minnie Maude Charitable Trust donates over $1.3 million to Danville area organizations

The Board of Trustees of the J.T. Minnie Maude Charitable Trust, a trust announced in October 2007 and formed through the generosity of James T. Emerson, is pleased to announce that $1,316,174 in charitable grants were awarded during 2020 to numerous tax exempt organizations.
Recipients include Averett University, Bachelors Hall Volunteer Fire Department, Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Danville Area
