Man arrested after fatal shooting at a Rally's drive-thru

A Colerain Township man was arrested in connection to Monday s fatal shooting at a Rally s drive-thru that police believe was motivated by an affair.
On May 3, Sharonville officers responded to the Rally s drive-thru in the 2300 block of East Sharon Road around noon. Police said the victim, Michael Brice, 32, was unresponsive when officers arrived.
Anthony Holley, Jr., 29, has been arrested in connection to the shooting.
According to police records, Holley found out that Brice was having an intimate relationship with his wife. Police believe Holley knew Brice often goes to the Rally s on East Sharon Road during his lunch break. ....

A family is devastated after a frightening and deadly shooting in a Sharonville restaurant drive-thru occurred in broad daylight.Police said a 32-year-old man from Springfield Township was killed.Right now, they have no motive for the shooting.The man s family told us they couldn t talk about the shooting right now because it is, understandably, too tough. It was a very targeted attack into the vehicle, Sharonville Police Lt. Walter Cordes said.Targeted, while waiting in the drive-thru at Rally s at lunchtime.Sharonville police said Michael Brice, 32, from Springfield Township, died doing something any one of us could do. Police: Person fatally shot at Sharonville Rally's drive-thru

Previous reporting: A person was shot and killed Monday afternoon on East Sharon Road, police said.
Sharonville officers responded to the Rally s drive-thru in the 2300 block of East Sharon Road around noon. According to police communications, the victim was unresponsive when officers arrived.
Police have not revealed the identity of the victim or what led to the shooting.
Investigators are searching for a male suspect who fled the area in possibly a late 1990s or early 2000s dark green Ford Thunderbird with damage to the passenger side window.
The Princeton Local School District briefly locked down the high school and middle school following the shooting. Officials said all the students are safe. The lockdown was lifted at 12:21 p.m. ....
