Mr O Keefe was arrested in Randwick at 3.30am on Sunday, hours police allege he assaulted rumoured girlfriend Dr Orly Lavee in her nearby apartment. The father of three, who lives in Paddington, was charged with one count of common assault and released on bail. Former Channel Seven host Andrew O Keefe is arguing he was not the aggressor in an incident with his partner which has landed him in court. O Keefe was charged with the common assault of partner Orly Lavee in the early hours of Sunday morning after the dispute at a Randwick home.
