An ardent supporter of Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen, who served the New Patriotic Party (NPP) as Constituency Youth Organiser in Cape Coast, E. G. Buckman has opined that Northerners and Muslims for that matter cannot lead the party to victory.
According to him, the party devised a formula of choosing flagbearers from the Southern Sector and their Running mates from the North which has been the party’s trump card ever since and that has earned them victory.
Therefore, it will be a mistake to field Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as the party’s Flagbearer for the 2024 elections. ....
