Utter, 42, of Rushville, who was found dead May 24, 2018, in a car in Meredosia. Journal-Courier A Meredosia man facing first-degree murder charges has asked for a new judge causing a switch in judges three times in the past month over claims he could not get a fair trial otherwise.  Attorney Tom Piper on April 21 asked that Morgan County judges Chris Reif and Jefferey Tobin be recused from hearing the case against Dustin A. Finlaw, 21, of Meredosia.  Reif has been the judge presiding over the case since 2018.
