Carlisle woman, 39, admits downloading child abuse images


A THIRTY-NINE-YEAR-OLD Carlisle woman has been put on the Sex Offenders’ Register after she admitted offences of downloading child abuse images.
Kelly Louise Agnew, of Borland Avenue, Botcherby, pleaded guilty to five offences when she appeared at the city’s Rickergate Magistrates’ Court.
The first three allegations related to her downloading indecent photos of children.
She did this on dates between July 2018 and January this year, the court heard.
One of those charges related to three Category A images, considered the most serious, while the second charge involved six Category C images of children. The defendant also admitted a downloading charge that involved two Category B images of children. ....
