Two men face charges that they robbed a series of Ulta Beauty stores across St. Louis, including the store in South County. St. Louis County prosecutors have charged Demetrius Owens, 18, and Ryan Jones, 37, both of 1921 McLaran Ave. in north St. Louis County, 63136, with three counts each of second-degree burglary, one count of stealing over $25,000, one count of stealing over $750 and three counts of second-degree property damage. Owens and Jones are both being held on $50,000 cash-only bond, no 10 percent. Demetrius Owens Jones was arrested Feb. 10, and Owens was arrested Feb. 26. The St. Louis County Police Department notes that charges are only an accusation and that defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law. ....
