Date Time Liverpool City Council extends outdoor lighting during stay-at-home order Liverpool City Council will keep all parks, playgrounds and outdoor fitness stations open during the NSW Health stay-at-home order in place until 11.59pm on Friday, 9 July. Extended lighting will also be provided to a number of parks and ovals across the city to ensure that all residents have a chance to get outdoors even when the sun goes down earlier in winter.
