A Derby resident has been left furious by the danger created by standing water on the road where he lives.
David McGuinness, 69, has been complaining to Derby City Council and his MP Margaret Beckett since 2016 about the water on Dryden Street at the junction with Kitchener Avenue in Sunny Hill, Derby.
In 2018, David says that someone from Highways England took the photos of the standing water from him after he complained to a Labour candidate appealing for votes in the local election. ....
