Grandbridge Real Estate Capital recently arranged financing in the amount of $5.692 million for a stabilized 78-unit property in Sartell, Minnesota.
The loan was originated by senior vice president Tony Carlson for a repeat client. Structured with a 15-year term and 20-year amortization, and an all-in sub-3 percent interest rate, the permanent, fixed-rate, nonrecourse loan was funded through one of Grandbridge’s insurance company correspondents.

CHARLOTTE, N.C., April 15, 2021 /PRNewswire/  Truist Financial Corporation (NYSE: TFC) today reported earnings for the first quarter of 2021.
Net income available to common shareholders was $1.3 billion, up 35.3 percent, compared to the first quarter last year. Earnings per diluted common share were $0.98, an increase of 34.2 percent compared with the same period last year. Results for the first quarter produced an annualized return on average assets (ROA) of 1.17 percent, an annualized return on average common shareholders equity (ROCE) of 8.69 percent and an annualized return on tangible common shareholders equity (ROTCE) of 16.40 percent. ....

Only two loans worth more than $100 million for the acquisitions of 265-275 Cherry Street and 15 Park Row in Lower Manhattan were recorded in February. (WikiMedia, Asland)
The 10 largest Manhattan loans recorded in February totaled $700 million, a 63 percent decline from January’s total.
Seasonality may have been a factor in the drop in activity, as February was also a slow month for real estate lending in 2019 and 2020. This February wasn’t the slowest month since the start of the pandemic, however that was August, when the top 10 Manhattan real estate loans totaled just $428 million.
As was the case in August, lending volume in the outer boroughs was actually greater than in Manhattan last month. Only two loans worth more than $100 million were recorded in the borough in February: a pair of acquisition loans for properties in Lower Manhattan. ....

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Jan. 21, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Truist Financial Corporation (NYSE: TFC) today reported earnings for the fourth quarter of 2020.
Net income available to common shareholders was $1.2 billion, up 74.9 percent, compared to the fourth quarter last year. Earnings per diluted common share were $0.90, an increase of 20.0 percent compared with the same period last year. Results for the fourth quarter produced an annualized return on average assets (ROA) of 1.05 percent, an annualized return on average common shareholders equity (ROCE) of 7.88 percent, and an annualized return on tangible common shareholders equity (ROTCE) of 14.99 percent. ....
