Grant Ingram last week accepted the position as the new Economic Development Director for the City of Graham, moving from his manager position of the Graham Convention and Visitors Bureau. While he said he has a lot to learn about the position, he looks forward to making impactful decisions for the town he calls home.
Ingram was raised in Tyler and graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in hospitality management. He worked at resorts in Wyoming and Graford before taking a position as the Graham CVB manager in May 2019, a position he said is hard to leave.
“It was not an easy decision by any means,” he said. “I’ve enjoyed my position as the manager of the CVB and being able to be involved in bringing tourism to Graham and to Young County, but I believe the Lord is leading me to more responsibility and the chance to have a bigger impact on Graham as a whole in the community.”
