PANAMA CITY BEACH Even as the COVID-19 pandemic raged through 2020, the local environmental protection group Keep PCB Beautiful was able to reach its goal of finding people to adopt every beach access in the city. Every public beach access along Panama City Beach’s 19 miles of coastline was adopted by individuals, groups and businesses by the end of the year. And what do you do after you meet a goal?
