The 18-acre District 121 mixed-use development is planned at S.H. 121 and Alma Road in McKinney.(Craig International ) Developers are breaking ground this month on a $250 million mixed-use project in McKinney. The District 121 development is on one of the last vacant portions of the 2-decade-old Craig Ranch, a 2,200-acre community that started out as primarily a residential development and has about 4,500 single-family homes. Development has now shifted to the area of Craig Ranch along the north side of State Highway 121, where multiple commercial buildings are in the works. ....
