The DOST-Calabarzon said the 12 technologies were assessed under the agency’s Strategy to Accelerate and Revitalize Technology Transfer (StARTT) program. De la Peña cited the need “to establish sustainable partnerships and linkages that would enable us to better showcase the Filipino ingenuity and support their continuous growth and development all for the benefit of our stakeholders and of our country.” ....
Published May 29, 2021, 9:00 PM A total of 17 state universities and colleges (SUCs) and research and development institutes (RDIs) will be involved in the Department of Science and Technology- Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development’s (DOST-PCAARRD) implementation of its patent mining program for selected agriculture, aquatic, and natural resources (AANR) commodities. DOST-PCAARRD The DOST-PCAARRD said the program seeks “to influence changes in research and development (R&D) as well as technology transfer prioritization” in the AANR sector. The participating SUCs and RDIs were also part of the two batches of the Intellectual Property and Technology Business Management (IP-TBM) program, it noted.
