RED BANK - The borough will receive $1.18 million from the federal stimulus package, officials said Wednesday, giving breathing room to a budget stretched thin by the pandemic. The windfall could bring relief not only to the town, but also to residents, small businesses and nonprofits in town, officials said. This is extraordinary news to the borough of Red Bank, Mayor Pasquale Pat Menna said. This is the, no pun intended, shot in the arm that we need.
