He said Tulot s extra-judicial confession was already subscribed and sworn before the City Prosecutor s Office in Bacolod on Monday, April 12. Tulot was the suspect in the killing of his relatives Jocelyn Nombre, 59; Gemma Espinosa, 69; Michael Espinosa, 35; and Precious Espinosa, 6, at Gardenville Subdivision in Barangay Tangub, Bacolod City on April 4. Puerto said Nombre s husband, who is from Manila, will arrive Tuesday, April 13, and they will file the four counts of murder complaint against the suspect.
