My Family and I just bought a 2021 Suburban. We regretfully didn’t research any recall call issues for this vehicle. We were in a an accident February 3rd 2021. We were T boned in our mini van when another motorist drove through a stop sign. Our mini van was unrepairable and was considered a total loss. We moved in and decided to purchase a Chevrolet Suburban for its size for safety.
The first week, a Break System Failure Warning appeared on the instrument dash and it only allowed the vehicle to travel no more than 43 mph. And the breaking system did not stop like it properly should. The break pedal became stiff and rolls to a stop. This was a scary feeling. We were so disappointed and also felt unsafe and secure in our Suburban. ....
